i love sweet drinks!! i love chocolate!! i love cookies!! i love chicken rice!!
is all to a no-no nw...i am so depress...becuz of tht weight increase make mi so ke lian...:(

i had boiled brocoli this morning..
i had few spoons of rice...lotsa veg..egg and chicken with no meat..is all bone can! :(
ytd i had 2 doughnut only..
been yawning the whole day...thank god didnt go store...or nt sure count wrongly..
dad is cookin like so gd food again...n i can only had some..:(
arghhhh...damn with the diet...is madness!!
