decided to put this as my title for the entry.
cause i cant seem to figure out wht the real meanin of this.
i have a situation here.
"a customer came into the store n open a book and started marking a homework done by his student.an employee saw this. she approached the customer and told him that he is not allowed to copy. the customer quickly reply. Im not COPYING. im just marking.
he then talk in a way so demanding and insist to continue markin the script. and later he said he gonna complaint the employee"

well i seriously speechless abt such incident cuz it just make no sense when the cutomer is rushin for his tuition n drop by at the store n mark his student script. that show hw irresponsible is he. and he got the nerves to actually demand for a sorry when he step into the store n just use the book in such a way that cannot be recognise. they have copyright. wasnt marking same as copyin? u have to copy the ans in order to mark it right? he then told the management said the employee did not use the word "can i help u,sir?" at the begining of the conversation.
as an employee protecting company's property is wrong den what is right?
at the end the company told the staff to said sorry to him. why didnt the management help her? the employee receive lot of complimentary letter. was she reali at the wrong?

after breaking the news to the employee that the management wan her to aplogise to the customer. this customer came to the store early in the morning. walkin around the dept. which happen one of the employee had seen this customer face recognise him. this customer seem to be looking for someone but not at anything else.

being an employee just wanna obey rules n regulation of what the management wan her to do. is it wrong? she just going there to earn a rice bowl. im quite upset such incident happen onto none other than my mum. i was there when the customer doin the markin. my mum doesnt wan me to get involve in the conversation. so she had the complaint all. if i wasnt a part time i might have reali scold that guy. he nv done his homework as a tutor n rushin to give student tuition come in take the book and see answer and mark. we would might be able to help in one way or another if he came to us and ask for help. in fact he help himself by doin tht.

one whole junk abt this act "abc guy". hey u are a chinese so dun act like wang lee hom or foreigner. by doing complaint breakin pple rice bowl. arent u guilty abt it.
wht the hell with all those young peep nwadaes..so disappointin.
either breakin a fifty plus year old rice bowl or not..losin a man pride doin some stuffs tht i seriously he despo like hell. whtever. none of my business. but whtever it is. i believe retribution. yupps.

is 230 nw. baby is slpin alreadi. i goin to bed soon too.
was on the fone with her for quite some time.
first time we kinda sound reali awake n we tok and laugh.
so happy.=D

got my govt letter. i got 800. wheee~
gonna get my dad a tv which he requested so tht he can watched his world cup.
n im goin aussiez in no time. shld be aug to oct. yupps.

i got into the same class as ribena.
yupps. but the timetable almost freak me out.
is like 9am for almost all the lesson. well i reali feel like scoldin tht word. but i must stop usin tht.
baby had been complainin abt my bad image..lols.
i look forward to skol seriously cuz tonnes of stress is hittin dwn on me.
n was so angry with someone todae. but whtever it is. he let me see thru it all.
a leopard will nv change its spot.
